Early Cancer Screening: Science-based Cancer Prevention, Built on Expertise

In recent years, China’s cancer incidencemortality rates have risen year by year, imposing a heavy economic burden on familiessociety. The Healthy China Initiative (2019–2030) clearly emphasizes the need for early cancer prevention, regular cancer screening, attention to cancer risk signals,adoption of healthy lifestyles. Early detection, diagnosis,treatment of cancer, along with shifting the focus of preventiontreatment forwardpromoting widespread opportunistic early cancer screening, have reached consensus across all sectors.

About Baihui Early Screening

Baihui Early Screening Health Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (formerly Beijing Xizhong Health Technology Co., Ltd., referred to as “Baihui Early Screening”) was established in July 2018 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Bayzed Health Group. Its mission is to enhance the professional technicalmanagement capabilities of primary healthcare institutionssocial physical examination centers in early screening,it is committed to building a leading cloud-based integrated intelligent management platform for early cancer screening.

In January 2019, we established the first Early Cancer ScreeningPrevention Center within the group’s hospital (Beijing New Journey Cancer Hospital Early Cancer Screening Center). In April 2019, the center was officially designated as an Early Cancer Screening Base by the Chinese Anti-Cancer Association (CACA).

In July 2021, Baihui Early Screening, together with the CACA, issued the Expert Consensus on Early Screening for Common Cancers in China (2021 Edition). In collaboration with experts from Peking University Cancer Hospital, we jointly developed a cloud data platform-based information system integrating early cancer risk assessment, auxiliary screening,case management, for which we obtained a joint software copyright.

Building on this, we co-developed a tailored training system for early cancer screening professionals with the Peking University Health Science Center. Meanwhile, Baihui Early Screening formulated the organizational structure, workflows, service standards, quality control criteria,operational plans for establishing early cancer screening centers, comprehensively supporting their setupoperation in medical institutions.

Co-Building Early Cancer Screening Centers

As a CACA-designated Early Cancer Screening Basethe Early Cancer ScreeningPrevention Center of Bayzed Health Group, Beijing New Journey Cancer Hospital, under the technical guidance of the CACA Early Cancer Screening Professional Committee, has over two years of practicedevelopment. It has played a demonstrative role in promoting standardized early cancer screening in primary care, training grassroots medical personnel,exploring continuous care models integrating early screening, diagnosis,treatment.

China Public Survey on Early Cancer Screening

In September 2022, Baihui Early Screening, jointly with People’s Daily Health Clientthe CACA Early Cancer Screening Professional Committee, launched the China Public Survey on Early Cancer Screening. The online survey aimed to gauge public awareness, acceptance, understanding,participation in early cancer screening.
